Description
Prepared to Impact wants to do ensure your nonprofit has the best chance of winning grant awards. This begins with creating documents and plans that are used to successfully apply for grants and manage grants once awarded.
We initiate by facilitating a 2-hour grant readiness intensive. During the virtual meeting, your grants consultant will ask questions to better understand your nonprofit and its capacity, organizational goals, priority program plans, and funding needs. Then, your consultant will create the 13 deliverables that will prepare your nonprofit to successfully submit grant proposals, win grant funding, and report project successes.
The Grant Readiness Package is typically completed within one month following the grant readiness intensive session.
