Provided program development services for their pilot “Her New L.E.A.F. Program.” PTI assisted the Executive Director in completing multiple necessary and time-sensitive tasks, such as designing the program curriculum, developing job descriptions for hiring new staff, creating a staff policies and procedures manual, and writing community partner agreements.
