Important:
Office hours are scheduled to last 1 hour and 30 minutes. You may log on at any time during the office hours, but please allocate enough time for our conversation. There many be others on the call, and there is power in learning from the questions and responses of colleagues. You may log off after your questions have been answered, or stay as long as you’d like.

Rescheduling, Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policies:

If the registered participant is a no-show after the meeting has ended, a refund will not be provided. This is because the consultant has reserved time on their schedule to serve you, even if you do not log on.
